Shipping policy
Thank you for shopping with KT by Kehomi Thomas. Every garment is thoughtfully designed and crafted with exceptional attention to detail. At this time, all pieces are available exclusively on a pre-order basis, allowing us to produce each item with the highest level of quality and craftsmanship.
Pre-Order Production
All items are made to order. Production begins once your order has been confirmed and full payment or the required deposit has been received. Our current production turnaround time is approximately 4 weeks. Production timelines are estimates and may vary slightly during peak collection launches or holiday periods. Should there be any significant delays, we will notify you promptly.
Shipping
Once your order has been completed, it will be carefully inspected, packaged, and prepared for shipment. A shipping confirmation email, including tracking information (where available), will be sent once your order has been dispatched.
Estimated Shipping Times
• Domestic Orders: 7–10 business days after production is complete.
• International Orders: Delivery times vary by destination and shipping carrier. Customers will receive an estimated delivery timeframe once their order has shipped.
Shipping times are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, customs processing, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping Fees
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and selected shipping method. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or additional fees required by their country.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking details so you can monitor your delivery.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure that your shipping address and contact information are accurate before placing your order. KT by Kehomi Thomas cannot be held responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs to resend the package.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or appears to have been lost during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. Include your order number and photographs (if applicable), and we will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
